ATV riders find body in ditch on 40

The Clay County Sheriff's Department and Clay County Coroner's office are investigating a body found in the area of W. C.R. 375 and U.S. 40. The body was found Sunday afternoon by a group of people riding all-terrain vehicles through the area. The victim, an unidentified white male approximately 20 years old, was found in a drainage ditch along U.S. 40 with an apparent gunshot wound. It is not clear if the wound was foul play or self-inflicted, but it is believed to be what killed the victim...
