Trial for former BCPD Chief rescheduled

The trial date for a former Brazil City Police Chief has been moved. According to court documents, the jury trial for former BCPD Chief Terry Harrison, has been rescheduled for March 8, at 1:30 p.m., in Vigo County Superior Court Division 6. The jury trial was scheduled for 9 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 21, but documents showed the court, on its own motion, found the court's criminal jury trial calendar was "congested, necessitating a continuance of the trial in this cause."...
