INDOT reduces weight restriction for bridge

CLAY COUNTY -- The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has issued an advisory for motorists that the weight limit restriction of 19-tons for the State Road 46 Eel River Bridge has been reduced to 14-tons. Based on a recent inspection of the bridge, officials with INDOT determined vehicles weighing more than 14-tons are not allowed to travel on the bridge...

The aging and ailing lawn equipment and we did not earn high marks for our achievements this time around, but we made it through the course.
