Reports from various law enforcement agencies have indicated that a person, possibly a man, died early Tuesday morning near or in one of the Vine Street Apartments. Early Tuesday morning, officials received a 911 call regarding a shooting. According to officials, the caller stated the shooting might have been accidental.
