Fire destroys Brazil home on Monday

A local family was not injured after a fire destroyed their home on Monday afternoon. Brazil Fire Chief Jake Bennett said the fire was reported around 1:30 p.m. at a home in the 400 block of North Davis Street. A family of four was occupying the house as guests of Brazil residents Jackie and Denver Rodgers at the time of the blaze.
