School board reorganizes, discusses investments in first meeting of 2017

The Clay Community School Corporation had a hectic reorganization meeting last week, as board members were sworn in, then two more elections were held for various positions in the upcoming year. Sworn In Re-elected board members Kevin Kumpf and Tom Reberger along with newly elected board member Michael Shaw were sworn in by Clay Superior Court Judge J. Blaine Akers in a ceremony before the start of the Board of Finance meeting. New board member Andrea Baysinger was unable to attend the first meeting of the year, and will be sworn in February.
