Benefit dinner for Capps is Friday

Lady Volunteers donate to Humane Society

Jennie Mitchell recently presented a $200 check on behalf of the Staunton Lady Volunteers to Andrea Phillips of the Clay County Humane Society. The average cost to care for an animal at the Humane Shelter is $10 to $15 per day per animal. It costs about $90 for a dog and $50 for a cat to get them ready for adoption. ...
