Air National Guard member wins 4-H Fair Queen Contest

A member of the Indiana Air National Guard who plans to attend Indiana State University was the crowned Clay County 4-H Fair Queen at the 60th annual Clay County 4-H Fair Queen and Princess pageant at North Clay Middle School Saturday night.
