FREE COVID-19 Testing site open to public at Forest Park through

The man who cut off a Clay County Community Corrections’ home detention monitor Monday, August 10, and fled was discovered at an Indianapolis hotel on August 21. It took a SWAT Team to get him out and bring him back to Clay County. Clay County Sheriff’s Department confirms detectives tracked Jeffrey Sean Hook, 39, Harmony, to the Indianapolis area, and with assistance from Indiana State Police attempted to take Hook into custody on a felony arrest warrant issued out of Clay Circuit Court on the level 4 charge of Escape – knowingly or intentionally fleeing from home detention.. ...
