Submitted photo The Exotic Feline Rescue Center in southern Clay County announced recently it will be closing due to the COVID-19 upsurge. The center’s announcement on Facebook was: “We have made the tough decision to go ahead and close again effective Monday, August 16, due to the rise in cases in our county and surrounding counties. We have an obligation to protect our residents as well as our employees and the public. We will honor the reservations that have been made, but will not be making any more until we feel that it is safe to re-open. We are sorry for the inconvenience, keep an eye out for any updates and please stay safe everyone!”
