The Brazil Police Department has been undergoing scenario-based training to enhance officer skills, and enhance the skills of the team, to ensure the safety and well-being of the community.

Officers experienced many challenges they face on the street; from De-escalation techniques to active shooter scenarios.

Training is not about only learning basics, “the ropes,” but about pushing boundaries, exceeding limits, and setting new standards of excellence.
