2 accused of burglarizing fire-damaged rural property

Two Clay County residents face charges after allegedly burglarizing a home that had been lost to fire. Shawn Vernon Riggle, 39, Brazil, and Allison Lindsey Stevenson, 22, Center Point, were both charged with felony counts of burglary and theft and a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass.
