Staunton book fair helps those of two- and four-legged varieties

Staunton Elementary School's recent book fair helped both its students and some of the area's canine friends. Librarian Yolonda Todd said the "These Books are for the Dogs" book fair gave Staunton students the chance to purchase books at a low price, with all of the proceeds going to For Paws' Sake Canine Rescue in Clay County. The end result was $825 donated to the foster-based canine rescue that helps dogs regardless of age or breed...
