CHARLES HENRY REISINGER, Brazil, IN

Charles Henry Reisinger, 84, passed away October 6, 2024. Charlie was born on October 7, 1939 to the late Robert and Maxine (Vanatti) Reisinger.

Charlie attended Brazil High School. He worked for many years at Weston Paper. Charlie and his wife attended Berea Christian Church where they were members for many years. He loved working the welcome desk at the church and also served as a Deacon. Charlie and Mary were members of Christian Campers and they loved to go camping. Charlie was very particular about his yard, and loved to mow his grass. He loved to watch wrestling and IU Basketball. Charlie was a family man and loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Charlie is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Robert Reisinger and Bill Reisinger, and his best buddy, Bandit.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Mary Reisinger, four children, Jerry Reisinger (Peggy), Rodney Reisinger (Trina), Max Reisinger (Dawn), Jo Shephard (Kenny), step-children, Jimmy Wright (Ronda), Brian Wright (Laura), and Sheri Archer (Kenny), as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Charlie is also survived by his two sisters, Myra Snow (Gale) and Marie Starr.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, October 9th from 11-1 at French Funeral Home, 421 East National Avenue in Brazil. A funeral service will begin at 1 P.M. Burial will follow at Bee Ridge Cemetery.
